1) The minimum acceptable weight for the AIR route is 5KG, while the minimum acceptable weight for the SEA route is 25KG. Both Air and Sea shipments are subject to

volumetric weight billing where applicable.

2) For cargo valued above $100, clients are required to source the option of insurance coverage.

For emphasis and to enable us serve you best, please ensure the following for all shipments:

• Clearly write your name, phone number, destination, shipping method, and warehouse number on the outer packaging.
• After dispatch by your suppliers, send the tracking number and waybill copy to our customer representative team.
• Parcels without accurate contact details will be rejected.
• Freight-collect shipments not hitherto informed will not be accepted.

4) All prices include customs clearance fees, except for parcels that are set aside for inspection due to new and continuously updated US tariff regulations. We are not

liable for any additional customs-related charges, inspection fees, or delays imposed by US Customs and Border Protection (CBP).

5) Due to fluctuations in exchange rates and airline / sea partner pricing, clients are required to request and confirm updated daily rates before making payment.

6) There may be possible delays due to flight cancellations, weather conditions, government regulations, or other force majeure (unforeseen) circumstances in international

freight and logistics.

7) Shipments may be consolidated at our Guangzhou warehouse. We allow:

a) 7 days free storage for Air freight

b) 10 days free storage for Sea freight.

Storage beyond the free period may attract additional warehouse charges.
